Saying they are “proud to support equal rights,” the Casa dos Açores da Bermuda said they will be supporting Pride Bermuda, and will be selling Portuguese donuts and coffee at Victoria Park, with proceeds to benefit charity.

“We are proud to support equal rights for all members of our community. Temos orgulho em apoiar direitos iguais para todos os membros da nossa comunidade,” the organisation said.

“Casa dos Açores da Bermuda [House of the Azores] Charity #967 is very happy to be taking part and supporting Pride Bermuda 2019, and equal rights for everyone. We will be at Victoria Park selling Portuguese Donuts and Coffee from 9am.

“Profits will go towards the OUTBermuda Charity and Casa Dos Açores Charity in support of our mandates. We look forward to seeing you all and having a monumentos and peaceful day celebrating our LGBTQI+ community.”
